Bill Zebub conducted this interview with Peter Steele on a camcorder. Two “producers” wanted to pitch Bill’s idea for a death metal documentary to investors. They told Bill to make a demo that would show the personalities of the bands, and asked Bill to secure a metal celebrity. That is where Peter Steele came in, He was happy to help.

Unfortunately, anything that had to do with music was considered a music product, which is not in the same realm as a documentary, even if it IS a documentary. The “producers” should have known this. Although it was a hard lesson to learn that there are fake producers in the world, the demo was actually picked up for distribution, which was surprising because it was entirely shot in camcorder.

Here is the relatively uncut interview with Peter Steele. Bill Zebub’s voice was not meant to be heard, but Peter Steele hilariously kept trying to engage Bill on screen. Enjoy this.
